Sales Engineer, Shiji

With 11 years of experience in the hotel industry, Bruno Saragat has excelled as both a CRM Manager and Revenue Manager. During his tenure, he successfully implemented the Shiji ReviewPro solution for a hotel group, which led to his current role as a Sales Engineer at Shiji. In this position, he focuses on Reviewpro Reputation and Daylight PMS.

Bruno holds a PhD in Human Biology and Biochemistry, along with master’s degrees in Hospitality Administration, Revenue Management, and Product Management.
